There's a problem with my subscription or merchandise I purchased?
If you feel there is a problem with your subscription or merchandise
you have purchased, please contact us immediately. The best way
to check on the status of your subscription or order is to call
our office directly. If you either can't or don't want to call the
office then you can email your request through the website. Don't
forget to include your entire name and address. You'd be surprised
at how many people just give us a name and no address. Also, remember
the 2-3 weeks delivery window starts when we receive your order.
We will do everything in our power to give you complete satisfaction.
All I get is blank pages when I try to access some of the
sections of the site. What's up?
Sometimes the cache on a web browser gets screwed up and you may
only get blank or broken pages when trying to access some sections
of the site.
To solve this problem, simply clear the cache (disk and memory)
on your browser, and try to access the pages again. For instructions
on how to do this, please view your browsers online help.
I have a new email address. How do I update my profile on
the site?
After you log on, click on the profiles button on the top menu bar
and then click on Update Site Profile. From there you can change
your password, email address and other information.
How do I change my password?
After you log on, click on the my home button on the top menu bar
and then click on my profile. From there you can change your password,
email address and other information.
Which stores carry the magazine and the videos?
Can't find Bulk Male magazine or Maximum Density videos in your
local stores? Contact us and we'll let you know where, or if you
don't have a store in your area, let us know who should carry us,
and we'll contact them and set up the account. We know many more
stores carry us but they don't purchase the magazine directly from
us. Here is a list of stores that we know carry the magazine.
Can I get a free membership or trade <something> for access
to the site?
No. Hmm... Well, If you have a pretty good and large collection
of high-quality pictures you own, which have never been seen on
the Internet, and would like to share with us; Then, maybe then,
we can arrange something. :^)
How much does Bulk Male membership cost and what is included?
See the pricing table and membership information at

How will the charge show up in my credit card statement?
The charge will show up in your credit card statement as: "MAX
DENSITY".
I don't like sending credit card information over the Internet.
Is there another way to register?
You can register by fax or postal mail. Just print, fill out,
and send us the registration form. The fax/mail registration form
can be found at:

Please note that Bulk Male has a secure server with a Thawte
digital certificate (SSL). With our secure server, all transactions
are encrypted for your protection.
Once my membership expires, will my credit card be automatically
charged again for renewal?
Yes, unless you check the cancel auto renewal feature when you join.
How can I get a refund or cancel my member account?
Unfortunately, once your payment has been processed we cannot refund
a membership. However, ff there is a verifiable technical problem
with the site we will consider a refund.
If you would like to cancel your membership, please contact us
and let us know that wish to end your membership. But you must do
so before your renewal date or you will be billed for the full increment
of time (ei. six months) if you cancel after your renewal begins
Once I register, how long do I have to wait before my account
is activated?
We try to process memberships as soon as possible, and normally
it takes less than 8 hours for an account to be activated. However,
sometimes it may take longer depending on the day, but usually no
longer than 24 hours.
If you sent your registration by fax or postal mail, it will
be processed as soon as we receive it. This could be just hours
for fax registrations, and a few days for mail-in registrations.
How is my personal information used?
Your personal information is always kept private and confidential.
It is only collected during the registration process for two purposes:
(1) To process your payment, and (2) for verification of identity
and age. For more information please read Bulk Male's Privacy Policy.
Do you send any information by email or postal mail?
We do not send unsolicited email or postal mail to our members or
visitors.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks or money
orders in US$ currency. For more information please go to the Membership
Information page.
I forgot my password; What do I do?
Use the automated password retrieval
utility to recover your password. To use this utility you must
know your Bulk Male username and the email address you used during
registration. The password will only be sent to the email address
associated with the member account.
If you do not remember your username or the email you entered
during registration is no longer valid, you must request your password
by sending us an email with your name, address, email, and username.
We will verify the information and send the password to the email
recorded in the member account.
What's a promotion code?
From time to time we will offer promotions to members and visitors
of the site for discounted membership and renewal rates, as well
as free trial memberships.
Promotion codes will be distributed to target audiences by different
methods, and can be used to register or renew a membership.
I registered online, but I have not received any confirmation
emails? How do I know if my account was processed?
Member accounts are normally processed within eight hours. If you
did not received a confirmation email soon after registering, then
perhaps there was a problem with the email address you entered during
registration.
Sometimes members incorrectly type their email addresses during
registration and confirmation / activation emails bounce back to
us. If this was the case, the best way to determine if your account
is active is to try to log on with your username and password after
8 hours. If your account is still disabled after 24 hours, please
send us a message with your name, email and time of registration
using the support request form.
Modeling and Submissions:
I'd like to model…what do I do?
We are always looking for new talent to put in the magazine or star
in a video. If you're big, small, any age, race, regardless of location,
we will pay you for stepping in front of our cameras. Just e- mail
us or write, telling us a little about yourself, a few snapshots,
your address and phone number. We will then contact you to work
out the details. Click here to view the

I have a story and art work I'd like to see published. What
do you accept?
Well, send it in and we'll pay you when its published! Our guidelines
are simple: Your story or artwork has to do with large men and their
admirers. If it's a story, it must be typed, and limited to 10 pages
double spaced. It must be typed in sentence case, not all upper
case (caps). If you are doing it on a computer, send it to us on
disk with hard copy. We can use either Mac or PC formats saved as
'Simple text', 'Word', 'ASCII' or 'Text' only. If it's art work,
we can reproduce any medium. We would prefer it to be 8.5" x 11"
or 14", but we can work with just about anything.

How do I submit pictures to the galleries?
From the Galleries section, click on the Upload link or button and
follow the instructions. You will need a browser that supports file
uploads (e.g., Netscape 3, Internet Explorer 4, or better).
Please note that we only accept pictures in GIF or JPG format.
If you have a picture on a different format (e.g., BMP) you must
convert it first to GIF or JPG using any graphics editing programs.
Note: Before submitting any pictures or video clips, please read
our Gallery Disclaimer.
How do I submit video clips to the video gallery?
Currently we can only accept video clip submissions by email. If
you have video clips you would like to submit, please email those
to us.
We accept video clips in the following formats: AVI, MOV, QT,
MPG, ASF, RAM, and EXE.
Note: Before submitting any pictures or video clips, please read
our Gallery Disclaimer.
I found pictures of me in the galleries and I want those removed.
No problem. Just email us a list of picture IDs
and we will gladly remove them.
Also, please take some time to read our Gallery Disclaimer to
understand where Bulk Male sources pictures and how they get posted.
How do I contact or find more information about someone I
like from the magazine or galleries?
If you would like to contact someone in the Model or Members gallery,
simply click on that person's name when viewing the picture, and
email him.
At times you will find a model or member that does not list a
way of contacting him. This is because he either does not have access
to the internet, desires contact at the present time, or we have
no current contact information available. However, if we have current
contact information, and there is no email listed-we would be happy
to forward you correspondence on to him. All you need to do is to
write your letter and put it in an envelope and put your return
address on it. In the bottom left-hand corner (of the front) write
the name of the model you want to write to (in pencil). Now put
that in a larger envelope and enclose $1 (for postage) and send
that off to:
Please do not email us about how to get in touch with someone
in the Street Meat galleries. We do not have contact information
for any pictures posted in those galleries. Your best bet is to
post a message on the General forum and ask other members of the
site if they know who the model is and how to contact him.
I would like to see a new gallery category added. What do
I do?
If you have a new idea for a gallery category, please let us know.
We are always looking for suggestions to improve the galleries.
Unfortunately we cannot start a new category without content.
If you have a collection of pictures that does not fit into any
of the categories we currently have, please let us know and we'll
create the new category and start it off with your collection.
Can you get more pictures or videos of <something> for the
galleries?
You can always ask. We just might have it.
Why can't I download (save) pictures from the model and member
galleries or contest?
We have had problems with visitors downloading pictures of Bulk
Male members and posting them on other sites or newsgroups without
the permission of the members in the picture or us.
Since we respect and value the privacy of our models and members
(most of whom post their pictures on our site to be shown only to
other Bulk Male members), we have decided to implement this security
on both the Model, Members and the Contest galleries.
Posting boards are a web-based environment where registered users
can leave text messages for other users to read at a later time.
How do I get around?
This is hopefully fairly intuitive; you should catch on pretty quickly.
There are two directions of navigation: vertically (from section
down to topic, or from reply back to article), and horizontally
(from one article to the next, or from one reply to the previous
reply).
To move vertically down (section --> topic --> article --> reply),
just click on the name of the item from the list.
To move back up (reply --> article --> topic --> section), click
the name of the level you want to return to at the top of the page.
To move horizontally (article --> article, reply --> reply),
use the "Go back one _____ to ..." and "Go ahead one _____ to ..."
links.
I can see the list of topics, but I can't click to read any of
the posts.
This is a known bug in some browsers which support tables but incorrectly
handle hyper-links inside them. Using a different browser or a more
recent (or earlier) version of your browser should fix this problem.
I haven't seen any new topics on the Posting Boards in ages.
Does anyone use it?
Assuming it really has been a while, this is probably a problem
with your browser's disk cache. Disk caches are a way of reducing
traffic over slow network links by storing pages locally; when you
want to see the page again, it's right there and you don't have
to wait for it. All of the new Posting Board pages are generated
at the time you click on a link. Disk caching will prevent you from
seeing the latest information. Many caching browsers deal with this
appropriately but some do not. You should be able to set some preferences
on your machine to eliminate this problem. You can increase the
frequency with which your browser checks the server to see if there's
a more recent copy of the page waiting. If that doesn't work, you
can usually disable disk caching altogether.
How do I create a new topic/article/reply?
Go to the place in Posting Board where your post is most appropriate.
For example, if you want to respond to an article, then go to that
article; if you want to start a discussion about the objectification
of large men, go to the "Chubby N Chaser Chatter" topic in the Posting
Boards. Then click on the link at the bottom of that page about
creating or posting. You will be asked for your handle and password
and whether or not you want to include your e-mail address with
your post. If you do include your e-mail address, people will be
able to e-mail you directly in response to your post. Your handle
is always included with your post; that's half the point of registration.
Please think about what you're going to say before you actually
submit your topic/article/reply -- Is this the right place for it?
Am I saying what I really want to say? -- since it will be up for
the whole Internet to see. After you have named your post and written
all the text you want, click the "Post" button at the bottom of
the form. When you get the message back telling you it was successful,
your addition to Posting Board is out there for the world to see.
I have a question. Where should I post it?
Generally, questions and comments belong at the topic level. If
you want to know a specific question about a topic, then post the
question. If there is no topic, create a generic topic, then create
a specific article inside it to ask your question. Please keep topics
reasonably broad: it keeps the Posting Boards less cluttered and
easier to cope with.
I posted when I was really angry, and now I want to delete
my post. How?
Sorry, that's why we ask you to take your time. If we allowed deletion,
users could destroy an on-going discussion by deleting the focal
point of the discussion. There could be waves of deletions and even
deletion fights. Yes, that's a little extreme and it might not happen,
but is it so unreasonable to ask that you give Posting Boards the
respect of well thought out posting?
I tried to post, and it seemed to work, but then it wasn't
listed.
This is probably the result of improper disk caching on the part
of your browser. We haven't had a complaint of this yet where, indeed,
nothing was posted. See I haven't seen any new topics on Posting
Boards in ages. Does anyone use it?, above.
My problem wasn't any of these. What do I do?
E-mail us. Let us know what problem you're having. Please include
your handle with your e-mail so we can better diagnose your problem.
How can I increase my chances of getting responses to my personal
ad?
Our site statistics show that personal ads with a photo attachment
get the most responses. If you have not done so already, we recommend
you attach a photo to your personal.
Try not to be very specific and picky about the type person you
are looking for. This could greatly reduce the changes to get a
response. Be general, and tell us how you are, and things you like,
etc.
I'm having problems uploading a photo for my personal. What
can I do?
Send your photo along with your username by email to
us.
We'll attach the photo to your personal ad. Please make sure you
have post a personal ad before you send us your photo.
I want to update / remove my personal, but I'm no longer a
member. What should I do?
Fill out the support request form and submit a request to update
or remove your personal ad.
I would like to do some advertising in Bulk Male magazine
or Bulk Male online. Where can I get some information?

to your site on Bulk Male.
I am an officer of a local big men and admirers club (e.g.,
Girth & Mirth). We would like to list our events on Bulk Male.
We welcome and encourage big men and admirers clubs to post their
events on Bulk Male. To post a new event simply fill out and submit
the Post a New Event form and your event will be listed automatically
on the site. You do not have to be a member to post events on Bulk
Male.
