Bearcub
Bear Cub, a Spanish film by Miguel Albaladejo opens with a sex scene between a
medium-sized hairy bear type and a bigger, younger bear guy. It’s graphic – even
more than the usual Queer as Folk simulated sex. The big man has a honkin’
erection. After this first scene, I guess meant to shock and normalize the idea
of bear sexuality, the movie settles into a more family-friendly film, about a
bear-type and his relationship with his family.
